Common shorthand used here:
  • WMR - Where's My Refund, the IRS refund tracker.
  • DDD - direct deposit date or expected deposit date.
  • PATH - the law that holds many EITC/ACTC refunds until mid-February.
  • Account transcript - the transcript members usually watch for refund codes.
  • Cycle code - a processing-cycle number shown on many account transcripts.
  • 846 - refund issued.
  • 570/971 - common hold/notice/action codes members compare.
